<p>Amala is a typically well 28-year-old who books an urgent telehealth review for worsening frontal headache, nausea and vomiting.</p><p>She was discharged from hospital two days ago after delivering her first child five days prior.</p><p>Delivery was via an emergency caesarean section, for fetal distress, after spontaneous labour at 39 weeks following an uncomplicated pregnancy. </p><p>Spinal anaesthesia was attempted, but after multiple failed attempts, general anaesthesia was deemed necessary. Amala’s baby was delivered safe and well.</p><p>Amala has had a mild frontal headache since delivery, worsening over the past few days. Her blood pressure was normal throughout her hospital stay.</p><p>The headache is throbbing, is relieved by lying down and worsens when she sits up.</p><p>There is associated nausea, vomiting and double vision on right gaze but no fever, neck pain or limb weakness.</p><p>The key telehealth examination findings are pictured.</p>
