<p>Jeremy, a 25-year-old farmer, presents with a growing lesion on his hand.</p><p>He reports that it began a week ago as a small red lump. He has no recollection of any significant trauma but does mention he often gets a few abrasions while performing his general duties at work.</p><p>He has no significant medical history and takes no medications.</p><p>He remains systemically well, and although the lesion has become a little painful, he still has a full range of motion with the affected hand.</p>
