I don’t think I’ve met a person who hasn’t heard of the ‘Blood-Type’ diet. Made famous by naturopath Peter D'Adamo his book Eat Right For Your Type went on to become a New York Times best-seller, selling over 7 million copies in more than 60 different languages.
