APNA CEO steps down for family

Ms Caldwell said it was with great sadness but also with pride that she was stepping aside.

“It is with great satisfaction that I have watched nurses, most particularly from general practice but also the broader primary health care sector, grow in the breadth of their roles and the fantastic contribution they make to health services in the community,” Ms Caldwell said.

Ms Caldwell started at APNA in 2005 when the organisation was based in the RACGP national office.
