What health care reform would you most like to see?
For both osteoarthritis and the Australian health care system as a whole, I think the big thing we need to get onto is prevention.
Fifty percent of the reason why a person develops knee OA is related to overweight and obesity and about 20% is related to joint injury. Both of those are eminently preventable. We know they can be changed in the community, making a big difference
