GP banned for 12 months for professional misconduct
Dr Victor King, who at the time of the incidents in 2007 was working at the Chinatown Medical Centre, was found to have engaged in professional misconduct, including inappropriate touching.
The tribunal also upheld a patient complaint that while performing a pap smear, the GP had asked inappropriate and intimate questions about the patient’s boyfriends and sexual experience.
