GP forged complainant’s letters

The complainant saw Dr Raj­e­sh­war Chandra at the Donald Road Family Medical Centre in Redland Bay, near Brisbane, in September 2011 regarding two moles on her inner thigh, which he examined with a dermatoscope and Digioderm scanner.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) heard the doctor of more than 30 years’ experience pointed out a hole in her shorts and asked, “Are you trying to give me an erection?” Later in the consultation he tapped her on the buttock without her consent.
