PEOPLE worry. A career in general practice is often about listening to these concerns and offering reassurance, when possible. There is a regular parade through the consulting room of patients with anxiety about something in particular, or everything in general, and anything in between.
People worry about dying, especially the suffering that may be involved, and the loss of dignity. Most people, if consulted, say they would like to die at
