Investigate AHPRA leak: MP

The case of a four-month-old Melbourne baby sparked a public battle between the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia (CAA) and members of the medical profession over the interpretation of the AHPRA investigation documents, which was tabled by the shadow minister for health, Jo-Ann Miller.

The CAA claimed the report confirmed there was no neck fracture as a result of the chiropractic treatment performed in a hospital and that the baby had congenital spondylosis.
