This isn't burnout. It's abuse... with cries for help from both parties
I recently attended a child health protection talk as part of a suite of education sessions. The speaker was excellent — engaging, articulate and a veritable goldmine of experience.
She provided the audience with a series of examples as to why, even if we are solely adult health practitioners, child health protection is still an important part of our practice, and our responsibility.
