The mysterious case of the unrousable boy and the diverted flight

A mother brought in her son, aged two, who had residual symptoms of a cold. 

A few days earlier, the family had flown to Victoria from northern Australia to visit relatives. 

The boy had had several days of cough and nasal congestion but was on the improve by the time the family set off. 

However, apparently, during the flight, the boy had become unrousable and had stertorous breathing. 

Concerned, the crew decided to divert to the nearest airport. 

A doctor met the plane, by which time the boy was alert and breathing
