Patient admits lying about sexual misconduct

A NSW chiropractor remains stuck with “chaperone conditions” despite his patient admitting her sexual misconduct complaint against him was false. 

Dr Walid Kesserwani asked for a stay in the conditions imposed on his registration by the Chiropractic Council of NSW and sought an interim order for AHPRA to remove all references from its website.
