Putting all the right letters together

I HAVE been sorting through 30 years of collected letters from friends and family received since I migrated to Australia.

There are some gems I’ve rediscovered amid the more mundane chronicles of daily life.

One friend wrote: “I can understand that you almost had to enrol in medical school, since a study came with the house, and it would be a cryin’ shame to waste it.”
