Submissions for medical marijuana inquiry in 2013
Labor Upper House leader Luke Foley moved the motion to start the inquiry in the chamber last week, on the last sitting day of the year for the Parliament.
Mr Foley said the inquiry would encompass the efficacy and safety of cannabis for medical use, if and how it should be supplied, and the legal implications of its use in this context.
