Buying a practice is almost always the best investment a GP ever makes. I recommend it to most GPs in most circumstances and confess to disappointment if my advice is not acted on.
Sure, it’s not all beer and skittles, and the extra obligations and time commitment can be onerous. Having said that, the financial benefits almost always make it well worthwhile.
