GPs vote to keep paying the RACGP president for her work
The RACGP board's pay package was approved by 58% of voters
The RACGP’s 14 directors — including its president, Dr Karen Price — will be paid for the next five months after all, thanks to 58% of grassroots members approving their new $1.2 million remuneration package.
The board was at risk of working for nothing after members refused to approve their 2022/23 pay package at the college’s annual general meeting last year.
