Why do hospital bosses alienate doctors?

A $558 million hospital redevelopment has cost the local health service dearly, with senior doctors alleging they were forced out by bosses because they campaigned against it.

A few weeks later120 doctors at the hospital in Albury Wodonga backed a no-confidence vote in the management with the health service’s CEO stepping down within days.
