Publishing of all clinical trials will do no harm

They expect their doctor to know what’s best for them; they want evidence-based treatment. Worryingly, doctors can only base their decisions on around half of all clinical trial data.
As a future doctor, I am deeply concerned by this. I am worried that about half of all clinical trials have never been published in academic journals and that trials with positive results are twice as likely to be published.
