Primary Care Nurse Q&A: Cathy Pearson
What are the three most important qualities for a primary care nurse?
To be able to show no bias when goal setting and assisting patients with chronic disease self-management; to know (or have access to) the current guidelines for the management of every chronic disease; and last but not least, to have a very good sense of humour!
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Travelling and looking after many grandkids while reflecting on the fabulous career I have had as a primary health care nurse.
