Wine review: 2011 Tim Adams Pinot Gris

His pinot gris has a slight pinkish hue and a heady nose of pears and green apples. In the mouth, the acidity and slight sweetness are well balanced and the fruit as ripe and luscious as you would expect from a pinot gris. Oh, and Tim does a mean semillon as well.
