Perhaps the RACGP should make PLANs for self-reflection

Most GPs don't believe the program achieves its goal, writes Paul Smith.


The RACGP first revealed its Planning, Learning and Need (PLAN) activity in October 2016 during a session at its annual conference in Perth.

There were no riots. No-one holding pitchforks. Delegates at the event were quite happy about what they were told and appeared content when departing for lunch.
